
Grandstand is a complex blend of sour red beers of different ages, aged in Port barrels for up to two years and conditioned on cherries and yuzu for three months. Refreshing aromas of citrus zest and fruity notes of cherry pie, red currants, prunes, red wine, and cloves are complemented by a supporting malt structure, bright acidity, background wildness and oak vanillins and tannins.
