The inaugural beer from our wild yeast wrangling Program.

This funky farmhouse ale was fermented with a blend of brettanomyces and a non-saccharomyces yeast strain, isolated from a jalapeño pepper grown in Anglemount, B.C (North Shuswap) by the Parallel 49 Yeast Wrangling team, and further aged in French oak wine barrels for seven months.

Nutty and rustic barnyard characters are complemented by light notes of pineapple, apricot, and nectarine produced by the wild yeast - giving the beer an overall ethereal quality.
